Charles I to Commonwealth period Oak joined table stool, with the rare feature of original sliding circular Oak secondary top. The stool base with rectangular top, above lunette carved frieze rails joined by bold baluster and ball turned legs, with plain stretchers and remainder of original turned feet.
The three plank part burr Oak top with original Elm bearers that act as the sliders.

Condition
The Table Stool is in very good condition with excellent rich colour and high surface patination. The sliding circular top retains its original lopers underneath, now missing an end stop locator. The sliding top is 26.5 x 27
